Crawling?

Here is a video that was taken tonight, and because of the possible implications it had to be rushed to the public.

Let me set up the clip for you:

Billy has been getting close to crawling lately. So, we have had the camera rolling in hopes of capturing the moment Billy becomes mobile. This video was taken tonight while I was talking on the phone to Michelle at work. You will see the "Possible Crawling Incident", or PCI, a the beginning of the clip. Later, you will enjoy Billy making fart noises on his arm. Enjoy.
