Billy is three months old today. I can't believe that he has only been here for three months. It truly feels much longer than that.
It is hard to tell from the pictures but he has grown so much. He is very vocal, letting his opinions be known on every topic. He is using his hands more and more. Yesterday he pulled my glasses off for the first time (of many I'm sure). He loves to chew on his fingers, as many at one time as possible. His laugh is infectious. Nothing in the word makes me happier than to see his smile and hear his laughter.
I started back at work last week. It is hard to leave him, but nice to get back to the challenge and all of my work family. They have wasted no time in puting me back into the swing of it. I have been in charge for the ICU every day I have worked. It is nice to know I have only lost a half a step.
It is so hard to catch a smile on camera. I think he is afraid of the camera.
