We arrived at St. Francis Hospital at 6:00pm on Sunday, January 27th. The plan was to induce Michelle’s labor because Billy was already a week over-cooked! After a long night (and an even longer day on Monday) the decision was made, in the best interests of Mom and baby, to do a C-section.
William Michael Porter was born at 8:07pm on January 28th, 2008. Billy weighed 8 lbs 5oz and was 21 ½ inches long (which, we were told, is quite long for a baby).
